Three Freehill Partners Present at 2014 Thomas Miller Bodily Injury Seminar

On September 18, 2014 FHM partners Tom Canevari, Mike Fernandez and Tom Russo participated in the 2014 Thomas Miller Bodily Injury seminar in New Jersey, presented for U.K. Club Members. Tom Canevari addressed Post Accident Arbitration Agreements and Mike Fernandez and Tom Russo gave a presentation on Witness Preparation & Obstruction of Justice, with Mike focusing on shipboard investigations involving possible civil and criminal exposure and Tom speaking on obstruction of justice in maritime investigations.
