Pat Bonner Presents Paper in Seattle

FHM partner Pat Bonner, the current President of the U.S. Maritime Law Association, spoke on October 21, 2011 in Seattle at a seminar sponsored by the Federal Bar Association of the Western District of Washington and the Washington State Bar Association. Mr. Bonner’s presentation was entitled: Ethical Issues Dealing with USCG Investigations.
