Partner John Karpousis recently presented on November 11, 2020 at the Willis DBA Symposium Webinar “Industry Update, A Discussion of Case Law, Administrative Changes and Ethics”. Mr. Karpousis presented on how to employ successful defense trial techniques in Defense Base Act cases. The webinar was attended by DBA defense practitioners, claims professionals and brokers.
Mr. Karpousis also recently participated in the Society of Maritime Arbitrators November 18, 2020 Zoom Luncheon panel discussion “Virtual Mediations: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly”, discussing his experiences as a personal injury defense attorney at post COVID “virtual” mediations.
