During the week of April 16, 2012 Freehill partner Mike Fernandez participated in a Hamburg-Süd Group cargo workshop in Miami. Mike gave presentations on Bills of Lading Clauses, Evaluating Cargo Claims and The Rotterdam Rules. He also was a panel participant during the week.
