On April 28, 2016 Freehill partner Gina Venezia presented at the Greater New Orleans Barge Fleeting Association’s annual River and Marine Industry Seminar. Gina participated in a panel presentation entitled: How to Collect Monies Owed to My Company? A Discussion of Vessel Arrests and Maritime Attachment, and was joined on the panel by representatives of the U.S. Marshal’s office in New Orleans.
