On October 15, 2014 Freehill partner Dan Fitzgerald gave a presentation at the Annual Towing Forum of the Maritime College of the State University of New York entitled “The Legal Consequences of Subchapter M.” The talk was focused on the obvious and not so obvious legal consequences of the impending towing vessel regulations. The presentation highlighted several areas of concern for vessel owners and operators. An article based on Dan’s talk will be published in the November “Workboat” edition of the Maritime Reporter.
