Freehill Partners Participate in MLA Panel

At the U.S. Maritime Law Association Fall meeting held at Hilton Head the week of November 2, 2009, two FHM partners, Peter Gutowski and Larry Kahn, participated in a panel discussion on Recent Developments and the Current Status in Rule B Litigation. Mr. Gutowski was a panel member while Mr. Kahn served as the moderator of the discussion.
