FREEHILL PARTNER DAN FITZGERALD PRESENTS AT 2020 PASSENGER VESSEL ASSOCIATION ANNUAL CONVENTION

On February 6, 2020, Daniel Fitzgerald gave a presentation at the Passenger Vessel Association Convention in Tampa, Florida,  on the Seaman’s Protection Act, 46 U.S.C. §2114 (SPA).  Fitzgerald also participated in a panel discussion concerning the U.S. Coast Guard’s updated medical standards for merchant mariners.
