The research conducted by Who’s Who Legal is based on questionnaires distributed to more than 50,000 practitioners previously recommended for their work in their particular field, seeking nominations of preeminent attorneys in the field. Who’s Who researchers then conduct telephone and fact-to-face interviews with leading members of the legal community worldwide, including private practice and in-house lawyers, arbitrators, judges, consulting experts and academics. The resulting votes and recommendations form a detailed network of peer review, supplemented by feedback provided by client referees put forward by nominated practitioners.
